We can't recommend Brighton enough as one of the UK's best places for trend research. For all you international readers, the city is an easy train journey from London so a good day trip. Below are some more highlights and maybe even some places to get great Christmas presents!!

Papersmiths is a wonderfully put together store. The colour combinations are simply a feast for the eyes! Great selections of greetings cards, wrap, notebooks, books and stylish stationery products. A great place to stock up on creative supplies or grab a gift!

With retro and kitsch trends emerging in 2025, this nostalgic shop was a joy to check out. Lots of cool prints, tote bags, badges and much more reproduced from their library of original vintage printed matter. Warning - this shop is not for the easily offended, there can be a few rude words!

This boutique was super fun and energetic, an exciting mix of prints, books and homewares. Packed full of products with key trends for this season, including stripes, checks and wavy edges. If you like little, quirky cute things, this is one to drop by!
